Pour Irish Cream and Tequila over ice and stir. Tastes alot better than it sounds. I came up with this out of nessesity. The wife likes Irish cream and brandy and I like Tequila so I put the Tequila in her Irish Cream to try it out,Yumm. While traveling I asked a Bartender for Irish Cream and Tequila on the rocks and he said,you whant what!? what do you call that? I said, I don't know what do you think it should be called? The Bartender replied Irish Cactus and thats what I have called this drink ever since.
